Orange-Dijon Garlic Chicken |

This is really simple but really full of flavor! We cook it on the grill but I'm sure you can either cook stovetop or in the oven. Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon garlic |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1/2 cup orange juice |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine marinade ingredients, season with salt and pepper. 2. Add chicken breasts. 3. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 4. Remove chicken from marinade and grill on a hot grill until cooked through. |
