Simple, not too sweet dessert. Ingredients:
1 unbaked pastry shell |
1 (300 g) can mandarin oranges, drained |
2 eggs |
150 ml cream |
2 tablespoons orange syrup |
Directions:
1. Arrange mandarins in the base of the prepared pastry shell. 2. Beat eggs and add the cream and orange syrup. 3. Pour over the mandarin and place in moderately hot oven for 30 minutes or until the filling is set. 4. Serve with cream or ice cream. |
