another atkins cook book recipe. Ingredients:
225 g peeled and sliced daikon radishes or 225 g jicama |
2 tablespoons sunflower oil |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon grated orange zest |
salt |
Directions:
1. place daikon in a bowl. 2. in another bowl, whisk the oil vinegar, oil, orange zest adn salt until dressing is well blended pour dressing over the daikon, toss salad well. 3. serve immediately. |
