1 large egg |
2 tablespoons sugar |
3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk |
1 teaspoon grated orange rind |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine egg and sugar in a medium saucepan, beating well with a whisk. Add milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, about 15 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat, and stir in orange rind and vanilla. Pour into a small bowl; cover and chill 30 minutes. |
