Southern Living, SEPTEMBER 2008 Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) package crinkle-cut carrot |
3 tablespoons water |
1/3 cup orange marmalade |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Place carrots and 3 tablespoons water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap; fold back a small edge to allow steam to escape. 2. Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes or until tender. Drain. 3. Stir together orange marmalade, curry powder, and salt. Toss gently with hot carrots. |
