Delicious, refreshing and healthy! This is often breakfast for my kids when there isn't time for anything else. Ingredients:
4 ounces milk |
4 ounces low-fat plain yogurt |
4 ounces orange juice |
1 banana |
1 -2 tablespoon honey (depending on how sweet you like your smoothies) |
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together for 30 seconds and enjoy! |
