Light, cool drink for those hot summer nights. From Secrets of the Spas by Catherine Bardey. Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice |
1/2 of a frozen banana |
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt |
1/2 cup chopped ice |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Pour into glass. 4. Garnish with slice of orange if desired. 5. ENJOY! |
