This is a perfect summer dessert. my favorite ice cream to use is blue bell's homemade french vanilla Ingredients:
18 graham crackers, crushed |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/3 cup melted margarine |
1 quart vanilla ice cream |
6 ounces orange juice concentrate, thawed |
1 cup cool whip |
6 oranges, silces |
Directions:
1. In small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom and sides of 9 pie plate. Set aside. In large bowl, with electric mixer on medium speed, blend ice cream and orange juice concentrate; spread in prepared crust. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Before serving, garnish with Cool Whip and orange slices. |
