Reminiscent of an orange creamsicle, our Orange Cream Smoothies pack more orange punch thanks to fresh orange segments blended into the smoothies. Ingredients:
1 cup plain 2% reduced-fat greek yogurt |
1 cup orange sherbet |
1 teaspoon grated orange rind |
3/4 cup fresh orange sections (about 1 large orange) |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup ice |
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped cinnamon roasted almonds |
Directions:
1. Place yogurt in a blender. Add orange sherbet, orange rind, orange sections, and vanilla to blender; process until smooth. Add ice; process until smooth. Pour into glasses; top evenly with almonds. Serve immediately. |
