Ingredients:
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained |
1 (6-ounce) reduced-fat graham cracker crust |
orange glaze (optional) |
garnish: orange rind curls |
Directions:
1. Beat softened ice cream and mandarin oranges at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended. Spoon into piecrust. Cover and freeze 8 hours or until firm. Serve with Orange Glaze, if desired. Garnish, if desired. |
