Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine |
3 eggs |
1/4 cup orange juice |
1 orange, rind of, grated |
1 cup grated coconut |
1 unbaked pie shell |
Directions:
1. Cream sugar and butter together until fluffy. 2. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients. 4. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350°F until filling is firm, about 45 minutes. |
