Orange Cinnamon Cranberry Sauce |

Nice to add a little zip to the regular Turkey Day cranberries and not too sweet Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cup orange marmalade |
2/3 cup orange juice |
2 cinnamon sticks, broken in half |
2 tbsp. sugar |
1 (12 oz.) bag fresh cranberries |
Directions:
1. Combine marmalade, orange juice, cinnamon sticks and sugar in a saucepan. 2. Bring to boil 3. Mix in cranberries; return to boil 4. Reduce heat and simmer until berries burst and sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes 5. Transfer to glass serving bowl and cool completely at room temperature 6. Then cover and refrigerate until serving time |
