Orange Cilantro Gazpacho

From 100 calorie snack book , I personally omit oranges but this is the original idea. Feel free to add other spices.
Ingredients:
1 bell pepper, diced
4 ounces cucumbers, diced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 orange, chopped
3 ounces spring onions or 3 ounces red onions, chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro
1 cup ice water
1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
Directions:
1. Pulse half of all ingredients in a food processor to desired consistency.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hrs, or overnight.
