Lower sugar version! Ingredients:
175 g chocolate |
600 ml double cream |
3 blood oranges, peeled and sliced |
Directions:
1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in the microwave on a medium setting, for approximately 3 minutes. 2. Whip the cream to soft peaks and fold in the melted chocolate with a metal spoon. 3. Arrange the orange slices in the base of a wide bowl. Pipe or spoon the chocolate mixture over the oranges and in the centre. |
