1 1/2 cups orange juice |
1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes |
1 1/2 cups cubed potatoes |
1 cup sliced onion |
2 large carrots, sliced |
2 minced garlic cloves |
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
2 teaspoons grated orange zest |
1 cinnamon stick |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1/4 cup cold water |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except cornstarch, water, salt and pepper in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. 2. Turn heat to high and cook 10 minutes; stir in combined cornstarch and water, stirring 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
