This recipe is for just the filling of an orange cheesecake
Ingredients:
1/4 orange
100 g philadelphia cream cheese
1 tablespoon icing sugar
Directions:
1. Add the orange juice and icing sugar to the cheese, whisk for around 2 minutes, being careful not to over whisk as this can cause the mixture to split. 2. Store in the fridge until ready to use/serve.
