Orange Cantaloupe Sherbet

Ingredients:
4 cups cantaloupe, cubed
3/4 cup low fat buttermilk
1/3 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup orange juice
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
Directions:
1. In a food processor, puree the cantaloupe.
2. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the buttermilk, corn syrup, orange juice, sugar and orange zest.
3. Freeze in an ice cream machine until almost frozen.
4. Cut into chunks and process in a food processor until smooth. Refreeze. Let soften before serving.
