This is a to die for Orange Cake. It is very refreshing. A great summer dessert Ingredients:
1 (18.5 oz) package yellow cake mix |
1 (3 oz) package instant lemon pudding |
3/4c orange juice |
1/2c vegetable oil |
4 eggs |
1 tsp lemon extract |
1/3c orange juice |
2/3c white sugar |
1/4c butter |
Directions:
1. Grease a 10 inch Budnt pan. 2. Preheat oven to 325 degress F (165 degrees C) 3. In a large bowl, stir together cacke mix and pudding mix. 4. make a well in the center and pur 3/4 cup orange juice, oil, eggs, and lemon extract. 5. Beat on low speed until blended. 6. Scrape bowl, and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. 7. Pour batter into prepared pan. 8. Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes. 9. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turnout onto a wire rack and cool completely. 10. In a saucepan over medium heat, cook 1/3 cup orange juice, sugar and butter for two minutes. 11. Drizzle over cake. |
