Orange Buttermilk Salad

Goes great with ham.
Ingredients:
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 package (6oz) orange gelatin
2 cups buttermilk
1 carton (8oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, bring pineapple to a boil. Remove from the heat; add gelatin and stir to dissolve.
2. Add buttermilk and mix well.
3. cool to room temperature. fold in whipped topping.
4. Pour into an 11-in.x7-in.x2-in dish.
5. Refigerate several hours or overnight.
6. Cut into squares.
