1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 2. Sift flour and add mace and salt. 3. Add 1 cup of the flour to the butter mixture. Beat in egg orange zest and extract. 4. Add remaining flour mixture. 5. Put dough into a cookie press and form cookies on ungreased baking sheets. 6. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
