I use this quite a bit...sometimes on brownies as well as cakes Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter |
3 cups powdered sugar |
1 tablespoon grated orange rind |
3 tablespoons orange juice |
Directions:
1. Beat powdered sugar and butter in mixing bowl. 2. Add orange rind and enough juice to make of spreading consistency. 3. Beat until smooth. 4. Yield enough frosting for 1 cake layer - . |
