This is made to be served with the French Toast Naranjo, but of course it would be delightful on many breads, scones, etc. It can be made ahead and frozen also. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
2 teaspoons orange zest |
Directions:
1. Soften butter in a bowl. 2. Using a fork, mix in the orange zest. 3. With a small ice cream scoop, make 12 half rounds of the butter mixture. Freeze and store in plastic container or freezer bag in the freezer for later use. |
