This recipe comes from a local newspaper dated 26 Nov 2003, & its the only one I've seen so far that includes brown sugar & orange juice CONCENTRATE. Great on my mom's pumpkin bread (with cranberries) & on other cranberry and/or orange breads! Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature |
1/4 cup orange zest (from 1 orange) |
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Cream together all ingredients. 2. Chill until ready to serve. |
