Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
zest of 1/2 orange, peeled in long strips |
1/4 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1 bunch broccoli, cut into small pieces, stalks peeled and thinly sliced (6 cups) |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
Directions:
1. In a large, heavy skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the orange zest and red pepper and let the mixture sizzle for 30 seconds. Add the broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with the salt. |
