These bite-size tea muffins are a great dessert or addition to a brunch. They are prepared in mini muffin tins and then citrus glazed. Oh my mouth is watering! I forgot about this one. :) Ingredients:
1 box lemon supreme cake mix |
2 lemons, rind and juice |
2 oranges, rind and juice |
2 1/2 cups sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix the cake mix as directed on the box. 2. Grease/Pam the mini muffin tins and fill 2/3 full with the batter. 3. Bake accordidng to the pkg. directions. 4. Remove from tins and cool 5. Mix together the fruit juices and rinds with the sugar. 6. Roll each tiny muffin (all sides) in this juice mixture. 7. Dry them by sitting them on a piece of wax paper. |
