Ingredients:
1 cup black beans
1/2 cup orange
1/2 cup apple
1/4 cup red onion
Directions:
1. Rinsed and drained Black Beans.
2. Peel, section, coarsely chop oranges.
3. Diced Apple and Red onion.
4. Finely minced Flat leaf Parsley and/or fresh Thyme, to taste.
5. Dress with olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
