125 g butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 orange, zest of, grated |
1 cup self-raising flour |
1 cup shredded coconut |
1 cup rolled oats |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. Cream butter and sugar together. 3. Add egg and grated orange rind and combine with sifted flour, coconut and rolled oats. 4. Shape into teaspoon-sized rounds and place on a greased baking tray. 5. Bake for 10-12 minutes. |
