From Southern Living. Great breakfast smoothie! Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries in light syrup |
1 (6 ounce) container plain low-fat yogurt |
1 cup fresh orange juice |
1 cup nonfat milk |
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve immediately. |
