A very simple and delicious smoothie made with ingredients you probably have on hand. You may change the berries to your favorite. Adapted from whole living. Ingredients:
2 navel oranges, peel and pith removed, cut into chunks |
1 cup frozen blueberries |
1 cup frozen raspberries |
1 teaspoon ground flax seed (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth, adding flaxseed if desired. 2. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy. |
