ORANGE BANANA POPS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Turner Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1997. Ingredients:
3 medium bananas mashed |
1 cup unsweetened orange juice |
1/4 cup water |
1 teaspoons lime juice |
2 teaspoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and beat well at low speed of an electric mixer. 2. Pour evenly into 6 paper cups then partially freeze. 3. Insert a wooden stick into center of each cup and freeze until firm. 4. When ready to serve let pops stand at room temperature for 5 minutes then peel away cups. |
