This recipe gives my son the healthy benefits of oranges and bananas, while having the sweet taste of honey that he likes. Ingredients:
4 ice cubes |
2/3 cup low-fat milk (1%) |
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, not thawed |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 small ripe banana |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. |
