Orangey! Ingredients:
2 small ripe bananas, mashed |
180 ml orange juice |
300 g self-raising flour |
200 g firmly packed brown sugar |
1 egg |
1 egg white |
Directions:
1. Grease a 15cm x 25cm loaf pan. Combine banana and juice in medium bowl; 2. mix well. Add sifted flour and sugar, stir in egg and egg white pour into prepared pan. Bake in moderate oven (180°C) 11/4 hours or until bread is cooked when tested. Cool bread in pan 5 minutes, transfer to wire rack; cool. Slice bread. |
