1/2 cup minced shallots (about 3) |
1 garlic clove, halved |
2/3 cup orange juice |
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar |
1 teaspoon sugar |

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook, uncovered, 10 minutes. Strain mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl; discard solids. |
