One of my stepmother's recipes...she used to fix this for Easter. Ingredients:
1 (3 pound) boneless ham |
1 tablespoon whole cloves |
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed |
1/2 cup honey |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Place ham in a shallow roasting pan, and stud ham with whole cloves. In a small bowl, mix orange juice concentrate with honey. Pour mixture evenly over ham. Tent ham with aluminum foil. 3. Bake ham for 1 hour, basting occasionally. |
