A creamy smoothie with tang, this is one of my favourites. Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice |
1/2 apple, cored & sliced |
1 banana |
100 g frozen yogurt |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. 2. Serve. |
