Cooking Light, December 2007. Boston lettuce, orange sections, red onion, fresh orange juice, white wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, freshly ground black pepper, salt cvt Ingredients:
4 cups (torn) boston lettuce |
1 cup orange sections |
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced |
1/4 cup fresh orange juice |
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine the lettuce, orange sections and red onion in a large bowl. 2. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, stirring well with a whisk. Drizzle over salad and toss gently to coat. |
