Nice, thick and nutritious. Makes one. Ingredients:
1/2 cup mango, diced (fresh or frozen) |
1/4 cup orange juice |
1 1/4 cups milk (i use 2%) or 1 1/4 cups soymilk (i use 2%) |
1 tablespoon wheat germ |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/4 cup crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in blender and enjoy! |
