This ia an easy glaze to put together that really complements a fresh pork roast or a smoked ham. Ingredients:
1/3 cup orange marmalade |
1/3 cup dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl stir together the marmalade, mustard, ginger, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. |
