I love pound cake, cream cheese and raspberry jam. This is so easy and tastes wonderful on that left-over cake! Ingredients:
2 ounces cream cheese |
4 slices poundcake (3/4-inch thick) |
2 ounces seedless raspberry jam |
Directions:
1. Spread cream cheese on each of 4 pound cake slices. 2. Spread raspberry jam over cream cheese. Serve immediately. |
