Open-Faced Mediterranean Tuna Sandwich |

Ingredients:
2 cans (6 oz. ea.) tuna, drained and flaked |
1/4 cup hellmann's® or best foods® mayonnaise dressing with olive oil |
1/4 cup chopped pitted ripe olives |
1/4 cup drained and chopped roasted red peppers |
2 green onions, sliced |
1 tablespoon small capers, rinsed and drained |
romaine lettuce leaves |
6 slices whole wheat bread |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except lettuce and bread in medium bowl. Arrange lettuce on bread, then top with tuna mixture. 2. Also terrific with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise |
