Open Faced Chicken Parm Melt |

Chicken simmered in tomato sauce, served on thick french bread, with lots of cheese. Best served with a caesar salad. Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, baked and sliced |
4 slices french bread, sliced thick |
1 cup tomato sauce (i use thick and chunky, with garlic and herbs) |
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Put sliced chicken and tomato sauce in samll sauce pan, simmer on low until heated through. 3. Spoon chicken and some sauce on to each slice of bread. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. 4. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
