This is an easy dish that is good for quick pick me up. I like to eat this in the morning with a big glass of milk or orange juice. It's hearty, healthy and very flavorful. Enjoy
Ingredients:
2 slices white or wheat bread
1 tablespoon peanut butter
3 slices canned pineapple
2 slices american cheese
Directions:
1. Toast bread in toaster until medium brown then spread each side with peanut butter.
2. Place on cookie sheet then top each with 1-1/2 slices of pineapple that is well drained.
3. Top each with a slice of cheese then broil until cheese melts about 4 minutes.
