The other recipe is for 9, I've also made 12 pieces. This is the count for that. Ingredients:
3 large eggs |
1/8 tsp cream of tartar |
3 ozs cream cheese |
1/8 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Separate eggs. 2. Beat whites with cream of tartar until stiff. 3. Beat together the egg yolks and cream cheese and salt. 4. Fold whites into yolks. 5. Using tablespoons, put 12 mounds on a cookie sheet and spread until about 1/2 thick 6. Bake at 300F about 20 minutes. 7. They should give to the touch and be slightly brown on top. Too long and they get crumbly. |
