This oh so buttery and moist pound cake is a snap to make! The catch? There's no butter in it. You have to use Fleischmann's margarine. NO SUBSTITUTES! I Know! I ALWAYS bake with butter, but trust me on this, use the Fleischmann's. Read more . You'll thank me later! :) Ingredients:
3 sticks fleischmann's maragrine - no substitutions. |
1 lb. (16 oz.) powdered sugar |
6 eggs |
3 cups flour |
3 tsp. vanilla |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350. 2. Cream the Fleischmann's and powdered sugar. 3. Add 2 eggs, 1 cup of flour and vanilla. 4. Add alternately 2eggs and 1 cup of flour. 5. Mix till smooth, but don't over-do it or it will make the cake tough. 6. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan for 1 hour. 7. Cool in pan. |
