This is a quick and easy dessert for those night with no time to do much of anything - Ingredients:
1 (18 1/2 ounce) package duncan hines butter cake mix |
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup pecans |
1 egg |
1 (8 ounce) package philadelphia cream cheese, softened |
2 eggs |
1 lb confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix together first 4 ingredients and pat into a 13x9x2-inch pan.
2. Cream together remaining 3 ingredients and pour over crust.
3. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
