Ooey Gooey Shrimp and Artichoke Dip |

I got the idea for this recipe from the restaurant I work at. I love to eat this with pita chips or toasted french bread. Ingredients:
1/4 lb shrimp, cooked and chopped |
1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded |
2 tablespoons pickled jalapenos, chopped |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 3. Transfer to a glass baking dish. 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. |
