My students Holly and Rebecca made this excellent light pasta dish Ingredients:
16 ounces capellini |
3 -4 tablespoons olive oil |
4 eggs |
3 pinches parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. cook the noodles until done. 2. drain pasta. 3. put in bowl. 4. add olive oil and set aside. 5. boil the eggs until done. 6. cut very thin and dice them. 7. add parmesan and eggs to noodles. |
