I keep the jar in the refrigerator for long time… and I use the onions to prepare beef, chicken, to marinate, dressings, salads… and is great for rushed days! Ingredients:
6 large onions in slices |
300 ml. canola oil |
200ml. balsamic vinegar |
100 ml. worcestershire sauce |
fresh ground black pepper (i use too much ) |
Directions:
1. Place the onion slices in jar 2. Pour the rest of ingredients over the onions and seal. 3. Better with the pass of days |
