This can be a great side dish to give a little variety to your everday meal.
Ingredients:
5 cups sweet onions, chopped
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt (i use mrs. dash instead of salt)
4 tablespoons margarine, melted
Directions:
1. Mix onions with 1 cup cheese and remaining ingredients. Pour into a 2-quart casserole or baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until onions are soft and cheese is bubbly.
