This is a simple and flavorful one-dish meal. Perfect weeknight comfort food. I always make it for 2 - but the recipe can easily be doubled as needed. Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of onion soup |
3/4 cup milk |
3/4 cup minute rice, uncooked |
1 dash paprika |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine onion soup, rice and milk in ovenproof casserole dish. 3. Lay chicken breasts on top and sprinkle with paprika. 4. Cover and bake for 45 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear. 5. Uncover and bake 5 minutes longer. |
